Trainee Manager - to learn all aspects of the international moving industry with a view to holding management roles in Sales/Marketing/Operations/ General Management as suitable positions become available. |

Candidates must be independent, confident, have good communication skills, be organized and have the ability to organize office affair. Would suit a first-time job seeker. Must be educated to degree level. |

Home Based but with overseas secondment likely. |
| Training: |
A 3-6 month training/probation period will be arranged and based in Paranaque. During that period the employee will be taught the basics of the international moving industry and necessary sales/marketing techniques. They will be assessed on their ability to learn quickly, their general suitability for the position, to apply lessons learnt and primarily on their ability to secure business. |
| Primary Responsibilities: |
You would be required to service customers based throughout Asia and who will be moving from Asia to various countries but mainly the UK, Australia and North America. To communicate via e-mail/phone with customers and overseas agents, to liaise forwarding/packing of shipments, to update on line shipment tracking data.
Perform a networking/business development role amongst the expatriate community in Manila. Additionally routine administration work would need to be undertaken in the office ( file, paying bills etc).
After 3-6 months training you will be seconded to an overseas office for on the job training for 1-2 years. Ideally after this you would return to Manila to undertake a management role.

| Compensation: |
Negotiable but starting salary of between US$200-US$300/month. |
| Vacation: |
Two weeks paid vacation will be provided. Vacation cannot be taken from April – August as this is the busy season for the moving industry. Statutory Philippines holidays will also be provided. |
| Review: |
First review will take place after completion of training period in Manila. A second review will take place after completion of first twelve months of employment but no change in the compensation package will be negotiated. After completion of the second year employment a pay increase could be negotiated. There after at the end of each year of employment the individual will be reviewed. |
